Legislative Committee

The IACBM Legislative Committee meets during sessions of the Illinois General Assembly to take action on bills and resolutions impacting local government. The Legislative Committee works directly in collaboration with the IACBM Legislative Consultant and Executive Director. Appointments are made for a two-year period to coincide with the two-year cycle of the Illinois General Assembly.
