As governing becomes increasingly complex, county officials are confronted with challenging issues on a daily basis. There is a lot to learn as you are getting started or continuing in local government. The Professional Leadership Training provides an opportunity for Illinois county officials to increase their knowledge and understanding of county governments, especially as it relates to leal, ethical and employment responsibilities.
