CLEAN AND RELIABLE GRID AFFORDABILITY ACT
(CRGA) SEMINAR

The Illinois Association of County Board Members hosted a seminar in Springfield to discuss the recently enacted Clean and Reliable Grid Affordability Act (CRGA). The seminar provided an overview of the new law in addition to sample ordinances to be considered for adoption by both zoned and non-zoned county governments.
