Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Illinois Association of County Board Members and Commissioners to enhance the stature, role and responsiveness of county government in the State of Illinois. IACBMC promotes the ability of Illinois counties to provide responsible public service, efficiently and effectively through cooperative legislative action, education bf public officials, provision of quality member services and programs, and increasing public awareness of local government issues, and federal government.
