As the demands on local government become more complex, county board members are always seeking new, cost effective ways to provide services to the citizens of Illinois.
The Illinois Association of County Board Members and Commissioners (IACBMC) believes that developing a strong relationship with the private sector and other public sector organizations is beneficial to our member counties and the people county governments ultimately serve.
IACBMC’s Associate Membership Program is uniquely designed to foster a positive relationship between Illinois counties and the organizations and firms who offer technical assistance and services needed in today’s complex county government system.
The investment is an inexpensive way for business professionals to develop mutually beneficial relationships with county officials and keep abreast of the latest happenings in local government. Associate members interact with county board members through conferences and other meetings and receive informational publications through the year.
