Russ Crawford

Russ Crawford was elected to the Tazewell County Board in 1976 and is currently serving his eighth non-consecutive term. He served as Tazewell County Auditor, Comptroller an Budget Director from 1980-1984. Russ earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Knox College, attended Illinois State University for his Master’s work and earned a Certification in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Illinois. He taught Government/History in High School and Traffic Law Administration in College. Russ retired as Global Manager for Caterpillar Production System (CPS) in 2009 from Caterpillar, Inc.
