Local governments around the country are struggling with their budgets and are just trying to stay afloat in these difficult economic times. Counties in the State of Illinois have been hit particularly hard due to the fiscal problems plaguing the State.
In response, the IACBMC has created a short survey to help counties compare how they are dealing with these tough times. There were forty-four counties that participated in the survey.
